The Fushan Botanical Garden functions as a living tree museum of Taiwan that presents its tree and plant collections for education, research, display, and conservation. Diverse endemic plant collections are maintained in the garden. Currently, there are more than 700 species of vascular plants have been planted in this area.

Open daily 9:00 am- 4:00 pm, last entry at 3:00 pm.
Closed on every Tuesday.
Closed on March for annual maintenance.
Closed on the following holidays in Lunar calendar, Tomb-sweeping Festival (5th of April), Dragon Boat Festival (5th of May), Moon Festival (15th of August), and Chinese New Years (1st to 5th of January).
The garden may be closed on heavy rain days, typhoon alert, or event day when the connecting road is not accessible.
Admission:
Admission is free, yet advance register is required. Please register online at least 35 days prior to desired visit date. There is a 500 people per day and 600 people per holidays limit. To register a group larger than 10 , please send us printout of online application after online submission and there is a maximum of 50 people per group. The admission screening will be proceed through an electronic sortition system selecting admission and waiting list. The result will be informed to all applicants by e-mails and posted on the application web (checking the admission numbers).

Accessibility:
Handicapped parking space and wheelchair accessible restrooms are available. All garden trails are not wheelchair accessible except the boardwalk along Aquatic Plant Pond. For any special needs please contact us.
